At TimeHub, your privacy is a top priority. We believe your calendar and activity data belong to you, not us.
What We Access
- We do not access or interact with your existing Google Calendars.

The app only has access to a Google Secondary Calendar, which is:
- Created specifically through TimeHub.
- Only accessible on your device.
- Used exclusively for features within the app.
Where Your Data Lives
- Activity logs are stored locally on your device.
- No logs are uploaded, shared, or stored on any external servers by Timehub.
- Anonymous usage statistics may be collected via Google Analytics to help us improve the app’s performance and user experience.
- No personal data is ever sold or used for targeted advertising.
Permissions
- Permissions requested are only for functionality within the app.
- TimeHub acts as a bridge between your device and Google Calendar.
- The encryption key stays on your device, meaning even we can’t see your data.
Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and associated data at any time through the app settings.
- When you delete your account, the system will try to remove all of calendars that created within the app in Google Calendar.
- Your randomly generated unique ID will be permanently deleted from our database.
- It is important to know that we do not store your email address, name, or any personal information beyond the unique ID.
- Your unique ID only serves as a bridge to interact with your Google Calendar and has no connection to your personal identity.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you would need to sign in with google and give consent to use TimeHub again.
